Job Description

Solution Architect: Network Inventory
We are seeking a Solution Architect with 7 10 years of relevant experience (10 15 years overall) to lead the design and maintenance of multi-domain inventory management software. This role focuses on creating a "single source of truth" for complex network resources through advanced modeling and automation.
Core Responsibilities
Architectural Design: Design and maintain inventory software that covers optical, IP, and microwave domains across multiple vendors.Network Modeling: Utilize graph database technology (Neo4j) to model complex, dynamic networks and visualize workflows.Data Federation: Leverage auto-discovery to identify network elements and federate data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy.Lifecycle Management: Maintain end-to-end involvement from the requirement phase to production deployment via CRQ.Operational Excellence: Support Operational Readiness Testing (ORT), coordinate with testing teams, and provide permanent fixes for long-pending issues.Sustainability Agility: Optimize path routing and device reuse to support sustainability goals while ensuring the solution remains vendor-agnostic and cloud-native.
Required Technical SkillsProgramming:
Proficiency in Java or Python, with specific experience in workflow engines like Camunda or JBPMN.Database Management: Expert-level knowledge of SQL/NoSQL and significant experience with Neo4j.Web Technologies: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.Networking: Deep understanding of networking concepts and protocols to manage network inventory data effectively.Architecture: Strong grasp of 3-tier architecture (web, front-end, and database) and full-stack development.Professional SkillsLeadership: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.Methodology: Expert knowledge of SDLC methodologies, specifically Agile or Scrum.Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and regular code segment analysis to ensure quality and reliability.
