Job Summary
We are looking for talented Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers to join our Product Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Java, J2EE, SQL/Oracle, and related technologies. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions with a "First Time Right" approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and user requirements to design effective software solutions.
- Study system workflows, data usage, and operational processes.
- Prepare technical documents, flowcharts, system architecture diagrams, and design specifications.
- Investigate system issues and recommend improvement measures.
- Maintain project-related technical and operational documentation.
Software Development & Coding
- Participate in low-level design, coding, code reviews, and walkthroughs.
- Develop scalable and maintainable applications using Java technologies.
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines.
- Create Software Design Documents (SDD), Architecture Documents, and deployment-ready solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Prepare and execute Test Plans and Test Cases.
- Perform Unit Testing, System Testing, UAT Support, and Negative Testing.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Optimize application performance and database queries.
- Support customer demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and release activities.
Deployment & Support
- Assist in application deployment and implementation activities.
- Prepare installation guides, release notes, and deployment documentation.
- Resolve application and production-related issues.
- Support multi-tier application environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Consistent academic record with minimum 60% throughout academics preferred.
