About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join our team at the Gurugram office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in software development using Java technologies and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications using Java and related technologies.
• Participate in requirement analysis, application design, coding, code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
• Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs and develop scalable web-based applications.
• Prepare technical documentation, design documents, test cases, and deployment guides.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot application issues, conduct log analysis, and optimize database queries.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality processes, and project timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP Concepts, Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.
• Understanding of J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and Web Application Development.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Good knowledge of SQL/Oracle databases, including joins, stored procedures, functions, and query optimization.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech or MCA from a Full-Time Regular College/University only.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant software development experience.
• Consistent academic background with no major career gaps preferred.
• Must be willing to work from the Gurugram office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of enterprise application development and system integration concepts.
• Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or similar domains will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
