- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks to support the development and deployment of core banking software.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to core banking software, and assess their potential impact on product development and market opportunities.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of core banking software solutions with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., data protection, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
- Implement robust security measures and practices to protect customer data and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
Product Integration and Interoperability :
- Collaborate with product management and business development teams to ensure seamless integration of core banking software with third-party systems, APIs, and partner platforms.

Scalability and Performance Optimization :
- Optimize core banking software performance, scalability, and reliability to support growing customer demands and transaction volumes.

- Cultivate strategic partnerships with technology vendors, cloud providers, and service providers to leverage external expertise and resources.

- Develop and implement risk management strategies and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity and minimize service disruptions.
