- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Develop and maintain software applications
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, build, test, and release
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate these issues
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements in software engineering
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avaloq Wealth
- Experience with software development methodologies and best practices
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Avaloq Core Banking System
- Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
