about:We are seeking an OC3C Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Convergent Charging Controller to lead NCC/OC3C implementations including pre-installation, configuration, testing, and VAS integration.

responsibilities

Pre-install, configure, and test Oracle NCC/OC3C implementations
Integrate OC3C with VAS elements including IVR, SMSC, and web services
Work with protocols including CAMEL, Diameter, MAP, SIGTRAN, and SMPP
Monitor and analyse systems using Wireshark and Grafana
Handle voucher management functionality and BRM integration over REST
Develop OC3C voucher migration and integration with ECE/DGW

requirements

5+ years of OC3C development experience
Good understanding of OC3C architecture (SMS, SLC, VWS)
Experience with CAMEL, Diameter, MAP, SIGTRAN, and SMPP protocols
Hands-on integration with IVR, SMSC, and web services
Oracle database working knowledge
