Social Media Marketing Specialist | SMM | 2-3yrs | Mumbai (Andheri)

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing professional to manage and grow our online presence across platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions)
• Plan and execute social media campaigns.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages.
• Analyse performance metrics and generate reports, along with basics of SEO.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create, align design and marketing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics.
• Experience in paid ads -Meta/Google (Preferred).
• Exposure to branding and campaign strategy (Preferred).
• Good communication and content creation skills.
• Creativity with a data-driven mindset.

Office timing: Mon-Fri - 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM + Alternate Saturday working
