Slimming Manager

Role & responsibilities Job Summary:

The Slimming Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all slimming and weight management services offered by the clinic. This role ensures high-quality client care, promotes wellness programs, leads the slimming team, and supports business growth through customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the slimming department.
• Conduct client consultations and develop personalized slimming plans.
• Supervise and train slimming therapists, dietitians, and support staff.
• Monitor client progress and ensure satisfaction with services.
• Coordinate with the medical and wellness teams for holistic care.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and protocol compliance.
• Promote slimming services through upselling and client engagement.
• Prepare performance reports and contribute to strategy planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Wellness, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in slimming, wellness, or healthcare management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of weight loss therapies, nutrition plans, and body contouring.
