Dietician / Clinical Dietitian

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic and clinical nutrition
• Ability to assess nutritional needs and create personalized diet plans
• Excellent communication and counseling skills
• Familiarity with patient dietary software and medical records

Job Responsibilities: 1. Nutritional Assessment:

• Assess patients dietary and health needs through consultation and medical history
• Analyze lab reports and medical diagnoses to design nutrition plans
• Collaborate with doctors and nursing staff for integrated patient care

2. Diet Planning & Monitoring:

• Plan therapeutic diets for inpatients (IPD) and outpatients (OPD)
• Customize diet charts for conditions such as diabetes, cardiac disease, renal issues, obesity, etc.
• Monitor patient progress and revise meal plans based on recovery

3. Patient Counseling:

• Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients and families
• Promote healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications
• Conduct group sessions or diet workshops when needed

4. Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of assessments and follow-ups
• Prepare nutrition-related reports for audits and quality control
• Work with kitchen/diet stewards to ensure meal compliance in hospital settings
