Position: Head Operations (Injectables)
Qualification : B.Pharm/ M.pharm
Experience : 20 yrs+
Location: Sricity, TADA
Roles
Provide strategic leadership to manufacturing operations of Injectables (Lvp & Svp)
Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, and EHS norms.
Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization across operations.
Lead, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations
Deliver production targets (quality, yield, timelines).
Optimize processes through Lean, Six Sigma, and digital initiatives.
Regulatory & Quality Compliance
Ensure adherence to cGMP, GDP, and global regulatory standards (EUGMP, MHRA, TGA, WHO, etc.).
Handle regulatory inspections and audits successfully.
People & Resource Management
Manage and mentor large teams across production, warehouse, engineering, HR, accounts, QA, QC etc
Ensure effective manpower planning and skill development.
Supply Chain & Planning
Coordinate with SCM for RM/PM availability and scheduling.
Monitor inventory, warehousing, and timely dispatches.
Engineering & Maintenance
Oversee preventive maintenance, calibration, and utility systems.
Ensure equipment qualification and readiness.
EHS & Safety
Drive zero-incident safety culture.
Implement EHS compliance and sustainability measures.
Cost & Efficiency
Control cost per unit and reduce wastage/rework.
Implement automation and process improvements for operational excellence.
Position: Head Operations (OSD & Liquid Orals Facility)
Qualification : B.Pharm/ M.pharm
Experience : 18-22yrs
Location: Sricity, TADA
Roles
Provide strategic leadership to manufacturing operations of OSD & LOD (tablets, capsules, powders, Liquid Orals).
Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, and EHS norms.
Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization across operations.
Lead, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams.
