- Time Management : Monitor project timelines, ensuring that milestones are achieved and any delays are proactively addressed.
Quality Control and Assurance:
- Maintaining Standards : Ensure that all interior work, including construction, finishes, and installations, meets the required quality standards and design specifications.
- Site Inspections : Regularly inspect the work being carried out at the site to ensure compliance with the design plan and industry standards.
