In 1985 Byron Billingsley began laying water and sewer lines for General Contractors with a single backhoe. As the Metro Atlanta area expanded in the coming decades, Site Engineering grew also. Purchasing additional equipment and recruiting the best talent has led to a Company much beyond the capabilities of one crew operating with one piece of equipment.
