Shaily designs molds manufacture and assemble plastic products for healthcare, consumer, personal care, and automotive and engineering.
Shaily was established in 1987 by Mike Sanghvi. From a start-up of just two injection molding machines, we are now India’s largest exporter of plastics components and are a publicly listed company.
Today we employ over 2000+ employees across seven manufacturing units and have over 200+ injection molding machines, with precise, high speed automated and robotic production lines.
We manufacture and supply goods to some of the biggest names across various industries and our exceptionally high quality standards enables us to supply products for the medical, healthcare and consumer sectors, as well as critical components for the automotive industry. We are certified to ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 15378:2017, ISO 13485:2016, MDSAP, SA 8000:2014 and compliant with FDA 21 CFR 820.
Alongside commodity polymers, we specialize in high and ultra high performance polymers and are the only licensed processor of Torlon in India.
Geographically we are placed in an easily accessible location for both suppliers and for shipping products to customers, with our sites near Vadodara, Gujarat.
