We are currently seeking a SF-Reporting Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru.

Role Overview The SuccessFactors Reporting Consultant will be responsible Reports and simple Integrations needs of SuccessFactors Implementation
Key Responsibilities - Analyze reporting requirements, document them using standardized templates for SuccessFactors Reports/Story building
- Design and Deliver dashboards and data visualizations in SuccessFactors aligned with Client Business Needs.
- Ensure compliance with global reporting standards focusing on legal and regulatory requirements involving multiple countries
- Administration of Report variants in SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of HR Processes and experience delivering HR analytics Solutions and simple Report based Integrations
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors HR Business Processes
- Hands-on SuccessFactors Roll story experience.
- Compiling Diverse report requirements on commonality parameters on Data points.
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or IT.
- 3+ years of Data Migration experience with SuccessFactors.
- SAP Platform Reporting Certification would be a plus.
