Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement using ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain IT services management processes within the organization.
- Develop and maintain documentation of business requirements, solution designs, and technical specifications for IT projects.
- Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
- Strong understanding of business analytics, business analysis, and ITIL frameworks.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform including ITSM modules such as incident management, problem management, change management etc.
