Senior Wealth Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  
• Develop new business opportunities through cross-selling of banking products and services.
  
• Identify potential customers for life insurance, health insurance, general insurance, BFSI sales, and other relevant products.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets by acquiring new clients and increasing revenue growth.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in direct channel sales, agency channel sales, or similar roles in the banking industry.
  
• Strong understanding of BFSI sales principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
