Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on degree choices, career paths, and admission requirements.
- Recommend universities based on student profiles.
- Enter data timely into CRM portals.
- Develop personalized global career strategies.
- Ensure student success in chosen career paths.
- Meet assigned sales/revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the Admission Department for timely student admissions.
- Attend university trainings and workshops.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students through value-added services.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing queries and advising on overseas education and visas.
- Organize in-house events for university delegate visits.
- Present to students in boardroom settings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same industry.
- Knowledge of visa processes for countries like the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.
- Familiarity with study abroad processes, university admissions, and eligibility tests.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and the local language, both written and verbal.
