Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, ensure best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions
10 years of overall IT experience
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development
- Experience in at least one full lifecycle Salesforce implementation
Key Responsibility :
- Develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform using Apex, LWC, and integrations
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance
- Develop custom applications using:
- Apex Classes, Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Einstein & Agent force
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
- Optimize performance and ensure code quality through best practices
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and admins
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git-based)
- Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance standards.
