Senior Salesforce Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the architecture, strategy, and implementation of enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing scalable CRM ecosystems, driving digital transformation initiatives, and leading large, cross-functional teams. This role requires strong expertise in enterprise architecture, integration, governance, stakeholder management, and Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise Salesforce architecture roadmap aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions across multiple business units.
• Provide architectural leadership across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that align with Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards.
• Lead large-scale Salesforce transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, ERP, and third-party platforms.
• Establish architecture governance, development standards, security frameworks, and best practices.
• Partner with business leaders, product owners, and executive stakeholders to translate business objectives into technology solutions.
• Lead technical design reviews, architecture governance boards, and solution approvals.
• Mentor and guide solution architects, technical architects, developers, and administrators across multiple projects.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, security, compliance, and data governance.
• Collaborate with delivery, DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive innovation by evaluating new Salesforce capabilities and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1820+ years of overall IT experience with extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and enterprise CRM transformation.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
• Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, Salesforce APIs, and Platform Events.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale, multi-org Salesforce environments.
• Strong experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, and middleware platforms.
• Expertise in Salesforce security, Identity & Access Management, data architecture, governance, and compliance.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, solution design patterns, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven experience leading global delivery teams and managing complex enterprise implementations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Highly Preferred.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
• Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Data Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
