Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products.
• Drive sales and consistently achieve assigned targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and stock levels.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and billing professionally.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Salary: Salary upto INR 4 LPA
