Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments across the plant
- Ensure compliance with statutory EHS regulations and internal safety policies
- Investigate incidents/near-misses and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for employees and contractors
- Maintain safety records, permits, and PPE compliance tracking
- Drive continuous improvement in safety culture (5S, behavioral safety, etc.)
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and mock drills
