Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Safety Engineer to join our team on an onsite basis in Vikas Bhatewara Ventures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety engineering and be able to apply their skills to ensure the highest standards of safety.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into all aspects of operations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventative measures.
- Maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics and report findings to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in safety engineering, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
