• You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to transform Figma designs into fast, scalable user experiences

Must-Have Skills (Strict Requirements)

• Candidates must meet the following:Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Next
• js (No compromise on this requirement)12+ years of experience with React Query (TanStack Query)1+ year experience using Redux or Zustand for state management
• 2-3+ years of experience with Tailwind CSSProven ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect Tailwind UIStrong understanding of advanced Next
• js optimization techniques, including:App Router / Pages Router architecture Server vs Client Components
• Code splitting & dynamic imports Caching strategies Image & performance optimization
• Strong experience working with REST APIs
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing apps on Vercel
• Solid command of advanced Git concepts, including:Rebase, cherry-pick, squash
• Resolving complex merge conflictsFeature-based workflows & release management
• Good to Have- Experience with shadcn/ui
• Strong understanding of SEO with Server-Side Rendering
• Experience working with Next js Server Actions
• Familiarity with TanStack Start or TanStack Router
