NBBL- Associate/Senior Associate -Application Development(React)

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Front-end Developer with strong expertise in React to support and enhance Bharat Bill Pays online and offline applications. The role involves developing application, optimizing performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain highquality UI components using React.js and related libraries.
• Translate wireframes, Figma designs, and business requirements into fully functional, responsive interfaces.
• Build reusable components and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Work closely with backend, QA, and product teams to deliver endtoend solutions.
• Implement state management using Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar tools.
• Write clean, maintainable, and welldocumented code following best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the application lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend trends, tools, and best practice.

Technology Skills:

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in React.js, including hooks, functional components, and component lifecycle.
• Experience with State Management.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, and responsive UI design.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration with backend services.
• Experience with frontend build tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.
• Working knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and version control.

Good to Have Skills:

• Core Java Hands-on experience with Java 8 and Java 11/17
• Experience with Next.js or other React meta-frameworks.
• Exposure to unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and browser debugging tools.
• Basic understanding of Node.js is a plus.
