Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience after graduation, with 5+ years of experience in Metro Rail projects.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management for Metro Rail Systems, including quality planning, inspection, testing, documentation, and compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Experience as a Quality Assurance Expert / Sr. Quality Assurance Expert on at least one Metro Rail project, with sound knowledge of Quality Management Systems, QA/QC procedures, inspection and testing requirements, non-conformance management, and quality control processes for Metro Rail Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor Quality Assurance activities for Metro Rail Systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, approved Quality Plans.
- Review and provide technical guidance on Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, inspection procedures, testing activities, quality documentation, and implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with the Client, Contractor, PMC, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor quality compliance, address non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues for successful delivery of the Systems works.
