Job Description
- Provide level 1 support for high-frequency trading activities in Asia Pacific.
- Offer backup support for EU US platforms.
- Manage software upgrades and releases.
- Collaborate with brokers, service providers, and other technology groups.
- Design and implement tools and reports to enhance departmental efficiency.
Position Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in an all-Linux environment, scripting (vi, Bash, Perl, Python), database/SQL (Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL), and understanding of network and internet protocols (TCP, UDP, Telnet, SSH, etc).
- Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field.
- Others: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge in Electronic Trading is a plus.
