Senior Officer / Assistant Manager Security

Position Summary
We are looking for a capable and experienced Senior Officer / Assistant Manager Security to manage security operations, surveillance, access control, compliance, documentation, and incident management at the EV Commercial Vehicle Plant.
Key Responsibilities
1. Security Operations
- Monitor and manage CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, and overall security operations.
- Ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, premises, and facilities.
- Coordinate day-to-day security activities and ensure effective deployment of security resources.
2. Vigilance & Surveillance
- Conduct regular security patrols and surveillance monitoring.
- Monitor security systems and identify potential risks or breaches.
- Prepare and maintain incident reports and take appropriate preventive/corrective action.
3. Security Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company security policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Support security audits and ensure timely closure of compliance observations.
- Maintain effective controls to minimize security risks.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain security records, registers, reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Prepare incident reports, audit reports, and security-related MIS with accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain documentation related to material gate control, SAP, and ASN processes.
5. Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments, external agencies, and statutory authorities.
- Communicate security incidents, risks, and operational updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduation required.
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Industrial Security, Plant Security, or Corporate Security environments.
Technical Skills
- SAP – Basic to Intermediate level
- Material Gate Documentation, including SAP & ASN
- CCTV Monitoring
- Access Control System Management
- FRS (Face Recognition System) Management
- MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Language Skills
- Marathi
- Hindi
- English
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Female candidate below 35 years of age.
- Strong understanding of industrial/plant security operations.
- Good surveillance, incident management, documentation, and compliance skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing/plant environment.
