Senior Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with consultant doctors, oncologists, and healthcare professionals.
• Regularly visit doctors and hospitals to promote the hospitals oncology services and treatment facilities.
• Generate and develop patient referrals through effective doctor relationship management.
• Coordinate with doctors, patients, and internal hospital departments to ensure a smooth referral process.
• Identify and develop new doctor and healthcare professional networks.
• Follow up on patient referrals and maintain proper records of referral activities.
• Promote oncology treatment services, facilities, specialties, and patient care offerings.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand referral opportunities and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets related to doctor engagement, patient referrals, and business development.
• Prepare regular reports on doctor visits, referrals, and business development activities.
• Work closely with the hospitals clinical and operational teams to support patient coordination.
• Ensure professional and ethical communication with doctors and healthcare professionals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, Oncology Sales, Hospital Marketing, Healthcare Marketing, or Business Development.
• Candidates with experience in Oncology / Cancer Care / Specialty Pharma will be preferred.
• Experience in doctor visits, doctor relationship management, patient referrals, or hospital business development is highly desirable.
• Strong existing network and professional relationships with doctors, oncologists, and healthcare professionals will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience as a Medical Representative, Pharma Sales Executive, Hospital Marketing Executive, or Healthcare Business Development Executive are preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for doctor and hospital visits.
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharm, M.Pharm, MBA Marketing, or healthcare-related qualifications will be an advantage.
