The Mission
As Senior Manager for LTL Strategy, you will play a key role in shaping our commercial direction. This is a high-visibility position where your strategic insights directly influence the P&L. You will be expected to move seamlessly between long-term planning and the operational nuances of execution, solving complex challenges within the Indian logistics landscape.
The Mandate: Ownership & Impact
- P&L Orchestration: You won't just "analyze" numbers; you will own the levers of profitability. Youll identify where we win, where we bleed, and how we scale.
- Strategic Intelligence: Build the ultimate competitive dossier. You are our internal consulting unit, synthesizing market signals into actionable battle plans.
- Product Futurist: Partner with Tech and Product teams to build the next generation of logistics features. You define the "what" and "why"; they build the "how."
- High-Stakes Communication: You are the bridge to the C-suite. You will distill complex multi-variable problems into "decision-friendly" narratives for the CXO office.
- Agile Execution: Lead cross-functional strike teams across Finance, BD, and Operations to turn stagnant processes into high-growth flywheels.
The Profile of Excellence We value mental models over years of experience. We are looking for:
Pedigree An Alumnus of Tier-1 institutions (IIT/IIM/ISB) with a track record of academic and professional rigor.
Experience 25 years in high-impact environments (Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or high-growth Tech Startups).
Data Fluency You speak fluent Excel/Google Sheets. If you can use SQL or Python to find needles in haystacks, youre ahead of the curve.
First-Principles Thinking You don't rely on "how it's always been done." You break problems down to their fundamental truths.
Grit A "founder's mindset." You are an individual contributor who can navigate ambiguity and deliver under high-pressure timelines.
