- Lead sample reviews and internal buy sessions, providing structured, accurate, and timely feedback to align product design with commercial goals.
2. Go-To-Market (GTM) & Commercialization
- Architect and execute robust GTM strategies that drive brand positioning, successful product launches, and strong conversion/sell-through performance.
- Partner with the Marketing, Creative, and Sales/Channel teams to translate complex technical footwear features into compelling consumer-facing narratives.
- Provide accurate, detailed product copy and story briefs to creative teams for launch campaigns.
3. Post-Launch Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor, analyze, and manage product ratings, consumer reviews, and field performance post-launch.
- Build a structured feedback loop back into R&D and design teams to ensure continuous quality, fit, and design enhancements for future seasons.
