About the Role

At Cult, we're looking for an HR Operations professional who can bring structure, accuracy, and efficiency to our people processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in employee insurance, Darwinbox knowledge, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee insurance programs, including policy administration, renewals, claims management, employee support, and coordination with insurance providers.

Ensure accurate MIS reporting, claims tracking, policy utilization analysis, and dashboard preparation using advanced MS Excel to support operational efficiency and decision-making.

Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate inputs, validations, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and other labor regulations.

Maintain employee records and HR data with a high degree of accuracy.

Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS to support business decision-making.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives through HRMS platforms such as Darwinbox.

Act as a key point of contact for employee queries related to benefits, payroll, and HR operations.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in HR Operations.

Strong hands-on experience in Employee Insurance & Benefits Administration (Mandatory).

Advanced Excel proficiency with strong reporting and analytical skills. Exposure to payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Experience working on Darwinbox or similar HRMS platforms is preferred.

Ability to manage and analyze large datasets for organizations with an employee headcount of 8,000–10,000+

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
