Senior Manager/ Manager - Finance & Accounts

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee tax compliance and ensure timely filing of returns with relevant authorities.
• Coordinate board meetings and provide strategic guidance on financial matters to senior management.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years of experience in accountancy or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards) and taxation laws in India.
• Proven track record of managing complex financial transactions and ensuring accurate reporting.
