Manager - Finance

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures that ensure the integrity and accuracy of the financial information
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for management and external stakeholders
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes and provide analysis of financial results against the budget
• Provide financial analysis and support to the management team to facilitate informed decision-making
• Manage cash flow and provide recommendations to optimize cash resources
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
