Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Formulation RD team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in formulation development and a proven track record of success in managing cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement innovative formulations that meet customer needs and exceed market expectations.
- Lead and manage a team of scientists and engineers to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc./B.Tech/B.E.) or Master's degree in Science (M.Sc.).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in formulation development, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation and technology transfer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
