Senior Management Consultant

Year of Experience Required:

• 5-8 years of Manufacturing or Service Operations
• Shop floor or operations experience would be an advantage
• Consultant would be independently working on consulting assignments that revolves around operations improvement,
• profitability improvement, process re-engineering, digital transformation Consultant would independently work on consulting engagements with the support of able senior consultants to start with
• However, he/she would deliver independently after initial settle down period
• Consultants would be encouraged to work on business development (to identify and bring new clients on board)
• However, this is not an expectation in initial 2 years of association
• Any contribution in this regard would be well appreciated and rewarded
