Senior Management Consultant

Year of Experience Required :

• 5 - 8 years of Manufacturing or Service Operations
• Shop floor or operations experience would be an advantage

Job Role :

• Consultant would be independently working on consulting assignments that revolves around operations improvement, profitability improvement, process re-engineering, digital transformation
• Consultant would independently work on consulting engagements with the support of able senior consultants to start with.
• However, he/she would deliver independently after initial settle down period.
• Consultants would be encouraged to work on business development (to identify and bring new clients on board).
• However, this is not an expectation in initial 2 years of association. Any contribution in this regard would be well appreciated and rewarded
• Hoshin Kanri (policy deployment),Obeya War room,Shop floor or operations,process re-engineering, digital transformation,consulting engagements,business development

Location : - Bangalore-But candidate will work from client location. 100% on site, no remote work possible when on client assignment. If work demands travel outside Bangalore, candidate should be flexible. All travel and stay expenses outside Bangalore would be borne by the company
