Job Description Accounts & Finance

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) activities.
• Handle treasury operations, cash flow, banking transactions, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register (FAR), capitalization, depreciation, and asset reconciliation.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Handle GST and Income Tax scrutiny, assessments, notices, and departmental correspondence.
• Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, account reconciliations, and support month-end/year-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
