As a part of our team in India that works on SAP S4 implementations in the areas of Retail, Manufacturing, Procurement, Human Resources and Real estate business functions for multiple Walmart markets with SAP and IBM-Tririga. Your design and solution will have a significant impact on Walmart s Global Technology Solutions. You will be challenged with unparalleled complex business problems that spans across multiple countries, highest number of users and the highest data volume in the world. Owns technical delivery by adopting to the coding standards including code vulnerability checks and A Units. Manages partner teams in ensuring seamless delivery and takes active part in sprint planning and agile ceremonies.

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. What youll do :

• Work as an Individual contributor to be part of SAP competency center in supporting Finance roadmap and supporting the operations in both S4 and ECC versions.
• Bring best in class experience in SAP Finance modules such as GL, AR, AP, Assets, Project systems Taxes with a proven track record of S4 HANA implementation experience.
• Ability to work independently in all phases of projects starting from business requirement gathering, solution design, build, testing (Integration, Regression, UAT), Data loads and cutover, Go live and hyper care leveraging GenAI capabilities
• Contributes to Solution architecture/design for finance business processes across finance areas.
• Brings best practice in retail and able to influence adoption of the same.
• Bring innovative solutions, automation in SAP deployments.
• Provide Recommendations to business problems with pro and cons.
• Should possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in customer centric environment.
• Build a good rapport with business community, cross functional teams and program leadership.
• Should have strong articulation skills and stakeholder management.
• Should be able to own end to end responsibility for the assigned activities S4 HANA and existing ECC systems.
• Responsible for analyzing, solutioning, designing, configuring, enhancing, and testing the integrated finance solution.
• Expertise in designing and building Finance business processes across processes
• S4 HANA hands on experience is mandatory.
• Extensive experience of Configuration for GL, AP, AR, Asset accounting and MM/SD Pricing along with related master data.
• Ability to understand business requirements within the business processes, translate them to executable design and build tasks and communicate effectively with a non-technical audience.
• Design, build and support integrations to external agencies including tax authorities where needed.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation according to the project methodology for all aspects of requirements, development, testing and implementation.
• Engages stakeholders to identify and refine complex business or user problems.
• Translates pain points into actionable technical requirements and defines clear metrics to measure solution success and impact.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivered solutions meet user needs and technical expectations.
• DevOps Program Monitoring:
• Conducts complex maintenance procedures and monitors application performance using appropriate metrics and tools.
• Ensures adherence to project milestones and timelines through program reporting, CI/CD tools, and program logging systems.
• Supports the delivery of high-quality and reliable software systems through proactive monitoring, testing, and continuous integration practices.
• Promotes a collaborative engineering mindset focused on continuous improvement and team wellbeing.
• Contributes to innovation strategies, internal knowledge sharing, and platform enhancement through engineering best practices

Whatll bring :

• B.E./MBA/CA/ICWA/Tax professional with Finance specialization or any other relevant qualification.
• Extensive knowledge of S4 HANA Implementation of GL, AR,AP, Fixed Assets, and tax modules of FICO in reputed global organization.
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in implementation / application enhancement /production support/ projects in Finance.
• Minimum experience of 4+ implementation projects.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience across all SAP Finance modules and DevOps methodology.
• Must have hands-on knowledge and experience on support tools - Service Now, JIRA, Charm, ALM.
• Effective business communication and stakeholder management skills.
