Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound movement of goods for timely and cost-effective operations.

Oversee inventory management through stock audits, cycle counts, reconciliation, and reporting.

Ensure warehouse layout, processes, and workflows support operational efficiency and safety standards.

Lead, coach, and coordinate warehouse teams including supervisors, pickers, and packers.

Monitor operational KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, productivity, and inventory shrinkage.

Ensure safe handling and usage of material handling equipment (MHE).

Drive process adherence, quality improvement, and operational excellence.

Support audits, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

3?5 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fulfillment Operations.

Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and team handling.

Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Excel and operational reporting.
