Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and Cross Dock (XD) activities.

• Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations.

• Coordinate manpower planning, shift allocation, and team productivity.

• Monitor operational KPIs and support initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.

• Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations and SLA adherence.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, 5S practices, and operational guidelines.

• Support process improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues through timely corrective actions.

• Prepare MIS reports and maintain operational records for performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 3?5 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Fulfillment Operations.

• Working knowledge of WMS, inventory management, and warehouse processes.

• Strong coordination, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
