Job Description
Roles Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical installation work at solar and electrical project sites.
- Execute AC/DC electrical wiring, panel installation, earthing, and cable management.
- Inspect and test electrical systems to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Guide junior electricians and ensure adherence to site drawings and instructions.
- Identify and resolve on-site electrical faults and technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company guidelines.
- Maintain daily work reports and coordinate with site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical / Polytechnic.
- 3-6 years of field experience in electrical or solar installations.
- Strong understanding of electrical tools, drawings, and safety procedures.
- Ability to lead a small team and work at project sites.
- Willingness to travel and work in field conditions.
