Job Title: Senior Database Administrator (Oracle RAC & MSSQL)
Experience: 6-9 years
Location: CBD Belapur, Mumbai
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior L2/L3 DBA with deep expertise in both Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments. You will be responsible for the health, performance, security, and absolute integrity of the databases powering enterprise solutions across all lifecycle environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Database Administration:
    Manage end-to-end database operations, specializing in high-availability environments including Oracle 3-Node RAC and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Performance Tuning:
    Proactively monitor database health, perform advanced troubleshooting, and execute complex query/indexing optimizations to avoid any operational disruption.
  • Security & Compliance:
    Execute database-level audit and compliance remediations. Ensure timely closure of vulnerability observations, VA/PT findings, and adhere strictly to banking compliance benchmarks.
  • Lifecycle Management:
    Handle database installations, major upgrades, security patching, and maintain patch repositories across Prod, DR, UAT, SIT, and Dev environments.
  • Capacity Planning:
    Forecast database storage and compute growth to ensure the infrastructure capacity remains comfortably below the 70% utilization threshold.
