Vulnerability Management
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management)
Microsoft Defender Suite (Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, Cloud Apps & Identity)
Incident Response & System Compromise Handling
Threat Detection, Investigation & Remediation
Security Monitoring & Log Analysis
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Endpoint Security & Compliance
Windows Server & Microsoft 365 Security Administration
Security Hardening & Risk Assessment
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and Microsoft security ecosystem
We're Looking For:
Must have experience working directly with US clients
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to communicate, coordinate, and handle client discussions independently
Ability to take complete ownership and work independently with minimal supervision
Experience managing critical security incidents and driving them to resolution
