Job Description
- Working knowledge with TV technologies like Digital Video Recording , IP Video , OTT content , streaming devices
- Experience with various analytical tools like Splunk, Kibana, Instana, Grafana, Datadog, Jenkins, putty, etc. ,
- Strong troubleshooting skills and motivated to learn.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement through data-driven insights.
- Document data sources, data models, and analytical procedures.
- Present data-driven findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. .
Mandatory Skills
- Understanding of various streaming features like VOD, DVR, CDVR, PPV, Live TV, QAM, IP, EAS, DAC operations, etc. ,
- Familiar with adaptive streaming formats like HLS/DASH
- Experience on Content Delivery network that serves the data through Dynamic DNS
