Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into functional specifications.
Lead requirement gathering sessions and document user requirements, business processes, and workflows.
Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation on business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs and align with the Guidewire ClaimCenter system.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to business users.
Stay updated on Guidewire ClaimCenter functionalities and industry best practices to provide insights and recommendations.
