We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Plant Auditor / Senior Audit Executive.
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat
Experience: 2.5 to 5+ Years
Key Areas of Expertise:
Plant Audit
Accounts & Financial Audit
Operations Audit
HR Audit
Stock & Inventory Audit
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct plant and operational audits to assess process effectiveness and compliance.
2. Review financial transactions, internal controls, and accounting records.
3. Perform inventory verification and investigate stock discrepancies.
4. Audit HR processes, payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
5. Identify risks, process gaps, and opportunities for operational improvements.
6. Prepare audit reports and monitor corrective action implementation.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, engineering, or industrial sectors.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP).
4. Excellent audit reporting and stakeholder management abilities.
