Job Description
Job Purpose:
Able to do stock Audit lying at different locations across India. And verifications of financial & Account receivable transactions. Able to Check Government project process and able to communicate with external officials
Key Responsibilities: - Process audit of Government project supply according to the Tender conditions.
- Review of Sales order whether align with the correct tender/Work order/LOA
- Addressing the gaps and delays for execution of work orders.
- Analysis of pending installation sites and action thereon.
- Review of customer outstanding.
- Throughout checking of account receivables.
- Visiting the government offices for addressing the issues.
- Checking of documents submitted to government officials for completeness and correctness.
- Conducting stock audit of Warehouses at various locations across India.
- Review and follow ups for Expired BG, EMD and maintaining records for the same.
- Able to communicate the audit requirements with process owners.
- Able to do data analytics
- Based on warehouse visit & government visit planned and executed
- Good communication skill
- Adaptive to different situation
- Good organized and planning skill
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data/information
- Ability to stick to time constraints
- Ability to handle external stakeholders
