Profile: Sr. Associate NACH Product
Experience: 3+ years
Preferred Industry Exp: Banking / Fintech
Educational Qualification-
Essential: UG: - B.Tech/B.Com / Any Graduate
Preferred: PG:-MBA/PGDM / Any Specialization
Location: Mumbai
Job Purpose:-
1.Gathering and prioritizing product requirements, requirement analysis, working with development teams for
implementation using agile methodology
2.Conceptualization and implementation of new products
3.Collaborate and communicate product road map, project status and issues to relevant stakeholders
4.Develop clear visualizations of complicated business processes and ambiguous business requirements
5.Responsible for product management and end-to-end project delivery
6.Convening and handling steering committee meeting and workgroup meeting with stakeholders.
7.Define processes, ensure execution and ongoing governance
8.Write operational policies
9.Implementation of strategic operational continuous improvement

Requirements & On-boarding
1. Review of approach documents and sign off
2. Perform UAT with the agreed TAT
3. On-boarding of banks / corporates / govt. departments to NACH / its related services
4. Managing relationship with top banks, govt. departments & corporates
Functional Skills
•Knowledge on NACH and CTS
•Knowledge on other payments systems like UPI, IMPS, AePS will be added advantage
•MS office
•Communication skills
Product responsibility:
•Product Conceptualization: Understand market, customer trends, opportunities, user and bank / ecosystem
pain points, how to differentiate regulatory understanding
•Product Design: Design Thinking, agile approach, customer experience
•Product Development: Design & document tech specification and test cases
•Product Go Live: Identifying pilot study and ensuring product success.
•Product Commercialization:
Drive users, value, volume, ecosystem
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to drive the product objective
•Must Have
Exposure to AI for building Products, Data Intelligence etc.
Ability to understand and translate technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, AI models, and
data-driven decisioning
