Must-Have Skills & Experience
Python: Strong experience building scalable, production-ready backend services.
Agentic AI / AIOps: Hands-on experience developing agentic AI systems or AIOps solutions.
MCP (Model Context Protocol): Proven experience building and working with MCP clients and servers.
RAG & Retrieval Systems: Practical experience with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval-based workflows.
Agent Frameworks: Hands-on exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
Reasoning Techniques: Strong understanding and implementation of ReAct, Chain of Thought, Tree of Thoughts, and other advanced reasoning methods.
Good-to-Have Skills
CI/CD: Experience setting up automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.
Frontend Development: Knowledge of React and JavaScript to build responsive, component-based UIs integrated with backend systems.
DSA: Intermediate-to-strong foundations in data structures and algorithms for robust system design.
Monitoring & Observability: Familiarity with logging, tracing, and performance monitoring for AI-driven systems.
