Job Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Blended Process to handle customer queries through voice, chat, and email support while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice, chat, and email support.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow company processes.
- Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong English grammar, articulation, and communication skills.
- Good sentence formation with spontaneous and confident responses.
- Customer-focused with basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: 24,520 per month
- In-Hand Salary: 19,300 per month
- Working Days: 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Off
- Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
